Fitness Membership Registration Instructions

All full-time Harris County employees are eligible for a free membership at the 1111 Fannin Fitness Center.

Important Guidelines:

Registration is in-person only – online sign-ups are no longer available.

Employees must register with a fitness center staff member during operating hours.

Your Harris County employee ID badge is required at the time of registration.

Guests, friends, and family members are not permitted—membership is exclusively for full-time Harris County employees.

Before you register, please make sure you’re familiar with our Updated Gym Member Policy.

Low-Impact Cardio


A gentle cardiovascular workout designed for beginners, those recovering from injury, or anyone seeking a low-strain option. This class improves heart health while minimizing stress on the joints.

Body Weight Blast

A full-body workout using body weight as resistance, combining cardio, strength, and core training for a balanced fitness session.

Curls n’ Crunches

Targeted workouts for sculpting and strengthening the upper body and core. Focuses on biceps, triceps, shoulders, and abs for total upper-body conditioning.

Total Core

An invigorating class that targets core strength and stability, including abs, lower back, hips, and glutes. Improves posture and overall functional fitness.

Pump & Burn

A high-energy class blending strength training with cardio to target all major muscle groups. Focuses on building lean muscle, endurance, and calorie burn.

Strength & Conditioning

A varied workout combining weightlifting, resistance training, cardio drills, and plyometrics to build strength, endurance, and overall fitness.

Bootcamp

A high-intensity workout combining strength, cardio, and plyometrics for a full-body challenge, designed to push limits and enhance fitness.

HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)


Short bursts of intense exercise followed by recovery periods to maximize calorie burn and boost metabolism, offering a time-efficient workout.

Core N’ More


Focuses on strengthening the core while incorporating exercises that target other body areas, improving balance, stability, and overall strength.

Mindful Meditation


Combines mindfulness techniques with dynamic exercises to enhance mental clarity and physical strength, fostering a balanced approach to wellness.

Circuit Training


A conditioning workout utilizing various exercises and stations to build strength, endurance, flexibility, and coordination.

Flexcore Fusion


A high-energy class combining HIIT, cardio, and core training for a dynamic and full-body workout designed to challenge and motivate.

Line Dancing

A fun and energetic dance class for all levels. Clear instructions guide participants through routines to improve coordination, rhythm, and fitness.

Yoga Flow


A practice focusing on synchronized breath and movement, where each pose flows seamlessly with the breath for a calming yet energizing experience.

Power Sculpt

A blend of strength training and high-intensity cardio, offering a full-body workout to burn calories, improve muscle tone, and boost endurance.

Total Body Tune-Up


A full-body, bodyweight-based workout that includes exercises like squats, push-ups, and glute bridges, perfect for all fitness levels with modifications.
