Employee Assistance Program

Resources for the Whole Family

Wellness goes beyond medical care. Employee Assistance Program (EAP) personal advocates will work with you and your household family members to help resolve issues you may be facing, connect you with the right mental health professionals, direct you to a variety of helpful resources in your community, and more.

As an employee or retiree, EAP is provided by Cigna to you at no additional cost. These services are also available to family members living in your home, even if they are not on your insurance policy. For help and for information on any EAP service, call Cigna 24/7 at 800-244-6224 or login (or register) at myCigna.com
