Make Your COBRA Payment Online

Please utilize the HC Benefits-Wellness payment portal to pay for your COBRA premium. To confirm your invoice total or if you have any questions or concerns, please contact Benefits & Wellness at 713-274-5500, Option 4 or email cobra@harriscountytx.gov for further assistance.

Instructions:

  1. Click the Pay Now button below and enter your payment information. Please refer to your COBRA invoice for the amount you owe. You MUST enter the amount you owe in the Total Amount Due field.
  2. Click “Pay” with the correct amount showing that you owe to submit your payment. A page will appear confirming your payment with the ability to email OR print a copy of your receipt.
  3. If you are making a COBRA payment for someone else, meaning the billing name and address do not match the member(s) insured by COBRA, please email a copy of your receipt to cobra@harriscountytx.gov. Please include the name and Customer ID number found on their monthly invoice.
