Participate in the biggest group workout ever! Harris County is hosting our 2nd Annual Fitness Expo! This event will be a series of mini workouts led by our HC Fit Fam Trainers: Yolanda, Angela, & Rebecca. In addition to the workouts, we will have fun competitions, prizes, and kid-friendly activities. Register your family and friends for this free event! You don't want to miss this!

Event Information

  1. How much does the event cost? This event is absolutely FREE for all county employees and their family/friends.
  2. What to wear? Please wear fitness attire with athletic tennis shoes.
  3. What to bring? All fitness equipment (if any) will be provided to you for the workout, including water to drink. You may purchase snacks/food from the food trucks that will be present
  4. Can I just show up with my whole family? Only registered participants will be admitted to this event. You must register everyone you wish to attend.
  5. Does this event count as credit towards the Healthy Actions Incentive? No. You will not earn HAI points for attending this event.

  2. Drive toward the courthouse and turn right, follow road to the rear parking lot
  3. Park in the rear parking lot and enter gates to the event
  4. Check in upon arrival to receive your free goodies!
