Instructors:

Dr. Puja Sehgal is Chief of Family Medicine at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic and practices at the Downtown Clinic location. After graduating from medical school at Government Medical College in India in 1997, Dr. Sehgal went to the Wichita Falls Family Medicine Program for her internship in Family Medicine, which she completed in 2005. She completed her Family Medicine residency at Baylor College of Medicine in 2007. Dr. Sehgal has been with Kelsey-Seybold since 2007.

Roseline “Rosie” Onwuchuruba is a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C). She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Houston – Victoria in Sugar Land in 2008. She earned her Master of Science of Nursing (MSN)/Family Nurse Practitioner degree at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 2014. She received her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from The University of Texas in Arlington in 2023. She is skilled in the diagnosis and treatment of complex health problems, as well as managing acute and chronic illnesses.
