Instructors: Dr. Yetunde Sokunbi earned her Bachelor of Arts degree at Rice University in Houston in 2008. In 2012, she earned her Doctor of Medicine degree at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. In 2015, she completed her residency in Family Medicine at Halifax Health in Daytona Beach, Fla.

Dr. Sokunbi has worked in a variety of positions over the course of her medical career, including at MedFirst in San Antonio from 2015 to 2016, and Austin Diagnostic Center from 2017 to 2020. During her time in Austin, she worked as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Dell Medical School from 2018 to 2020 prior to joining Kelsey-Seybold Clinic.

Roseline “Rosie” Onwuchuruba is a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), and certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C). She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Houston – Victoria in Sugar Land in 2008. She earned her Master of Science of Nursing (MSN)/Family Nurse Practitioner degree at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 2014. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at the University of Texas at Arlington in 2023. She is skilled in the diagnosis and treatment of complex health problems, as well as managing acute and chronic illnesses.
